Jobs for 17th and 18th September.
- Driver training including heron boning remaining craft on compound (next drivers for training advised already).
- Weeding and removing rubbish.
- Filling holes in compound.
- Any other jobs members can see e.g cutting brambles back.
It would be helpful if members who have tools for the jobs can bring them with them. E.g gloves, spades, strimmers, bush, cutters etc.
During these two days, we will be adjusting the position of the boats to improve access to them via the Wise and Cranes, and creating space around the compound. Boats in the central areas will be rotated into chevron. If you want to be there it would be helpful especially boats in cradles, we will leave the boats that are lifted by the crane near the slip alone.
If a member is not there, as per the clubs rules, the club has the right to move the boat. If you know someone who might be affected and is not on this what’s app groups, please advise them.
