What’s a “Bring and Share” — its about sharing and not for profit.
Do you have a book on sailing you’ve read too many times and its ready for a new home?
Do you have an electrical item that you do not use now, but someone might want?
Do you have a smart dress that you have grown tire of, but would look good in some else’s wardrobe?
Then bring it along, if some one wants it they take it home, or at the end of the day you take back home with you. Look around there may be some thing you need and can take that home.
Just come and have a tea/coffee and a cakes.

I had a look at the new website and it is impressive.
Can we have a section(s) where we can 1- ask for help and advice, and 2- post a message if we are looking for a part, sail, motor or the like, or maybe have relevant items for sale to members who might be interested in whatever we have surplus of?

I have set up a test of using forums to achieve what you are asking for. Before I advertise this to everyone would you mine being the first to try it out. Because we do not have membership login I want to see how the system processes your submissions. I am able to login and everything I tried worked but I need to see what happens when Mr anonymous tries it out.

I have been able to test this now without the login and it failed.
I will look for an alternative. As the club has a facebook site may be using facebook market place may be the answer.
