Re: Annual General Meeting – 2023
The Annual General Meeting of Newport Uskmouth Sailing Club will be
held on Wednesday the 22nd February 2023 commencing at 7.30pm.
As required by rule 7.1, all members will receive a formal calling notice
and other documentation at least 14 days prior to the meeting. It is our
intention to hand these out at the mooring meeting on February 1st and
post to those who do not attend the mooring meeting.
However, if there are any proposed rule changes from members, these
must be sent to the Secretary (Dee Cornish) in writing at least 28 days
before the meeting.
Therefore, if you have any suggested amendment to the rules
please send them to me in writing, preferably by email, before 25th
January.
Please be specific in your proposal about which rule you wish to be
amended and exactly what your proposed amendment is.
Messages sent on Whatsapp or Facebook are not acceptable and
will not be included.
