Outline timelines for the rail movements supporting aggregate deliveries on the Uskmouth BESS Project.
Aggregate to allow for stoning up the contractors compound area
Deliveries will be over the 5th, 6th and 7th December.
A train with engines at each end and 20 box wagons will be arriving into uskmouth at 18:17 and will be leaving uskmouth at 21:15.
During this time the rail crossing will be closed for road access. Appropriate diversionary signage will be used. This will need to be communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
Aggregate deliveries to support the main construction
Deliveries will commence for an 11 week period starting from Monday 22nd January.
A train with engines at each end and 20 box wagons will be arriving into Uskmouth twice daily as per the below:
- Train arrives into Uskmouth at 11:15 and departs at 13:24
- Train arrives into Uskmouth at 18:17 and will stay overnight
During this time the rail crossing will be closed for road access. Appropriate diversionary signage will be used. This will need to be communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
